Guidelines for responsible platform usage

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited activities and content on muzeme.io. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use muzeme.io to create or distribute:

Hate Speech: Content promoting violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
Harassment: Content designed to harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten specific individuals
Illegal Content: Content promoting illegal activities, including drug trafficking, weapons sales, or fraud
Explicit Content: Sexually explicit or pornographic audio content
Violence: Content glorifying or inciting violence, terrorism, or self-harm
Misinformation: Content designed to spread dangerous health misinformation or election interference
Child Safety: Any content exploiting or endangering minors

3. Prohibited Activities

Impersonation: Creating deepfake audio or AI-generated voice content impersonating real artists or public figures without consent
Copyright Infringement: Uploading copyrighted vocals, samples, or recordings without proper licensing
Platform Abuse: Using bots, automation, or scripts to abuse our generation system
Spam: Excessive generation requests designed to overwhelm our system
Account Sharing: Sharing login credentials or reselling account access
Circumvention: Attempting to bypass security measures, rate limits, or payment systems
Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
Data Scraping: Automated collection of platform data or generated content

4. Sonic Style References

Describing a track using sonic characteristics (e.g., "raw warehouse tech house, 128 BPM, chunky rolling bassline") is encouraged. This generates original music inspired by an aesthetic or scene, not impersonation of any specific artist.

Not Permitted: Creating tracks falsely claiming to be by, endorsed by, or officially associated with real artists. Do not release AI-generated content under an artist's real name or claim official collaboration.

5. Enforcement

We may take the following actions for policy violations:

Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
Content Removal: Violating content will be removed without notice
Account Suspension: Temporary suspension for serious or repeated violations
Permanent Ban: Permanent account termination for severe violations
Legal Action: Reporting to authorities for illegal content or activities

We reserve the right to determine violations at our sole discretion. Appeals may be submitted to appeals@muzeme.io within 30 days of enforcement action.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior violating this policy, please report it to abuse@muzeme.io with relevant details and evidence. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

7. Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to address new platform features or emerging concerns. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
