Producer workflow

AI Music Generator With Stems

Most AI music tools hand you a finished stereo file, which is the one thing a producer cannot work with. muzeme.io is built the other way round: the generation is a starting point, and supported plans can add separated audio you can rearrange, replace and process in your own session.

The short answer

muzeme.io is an AI music generator with stem workflows: supported plans can separate generated or uploaded audio into multitrack 48 kHz WAV files — drums, bass, synths and vocals — so you can import the parts into any DAW instead of working with a single stereo bounce.

How the workflow runs

01

Generate or upload the idea

Pick a genre and describe the groove, or upload a loop you already wrote and let muzeme.io expand it into a full arrangement in that style.

02

Choose your stem depth

Basic separation splits the track into core parts; deeper separation goes up to 12 stems so drums are broken out into kick, snare, hats and percussion.

03

Download the pack

Stems come as 48 kHz WAV files with unique per-role file names, so nothing overwrites when they land in your samples folder.

04

Rebuild in your DAW

Set your project tempo to the BPM shown on the project, drop the stems in at bar 1 as a group, and start muting, chopping and replacing.

Stems are for editing, not just listening

The typical workflow is to keep one or two stems — often the bass hook or the percussion — and rewrite the rest with your own instruments so the finished record is yours.

You can also separate your own tracks

Stem separation works on uploaded audio too, which is useful for pulling a drum bus out of an old bounce or isolating a vocal for a rework.

Frequently asked questions

What format are the stems?

48 kHz WAV, one file per stem, named by role so they stay identifiable in your DAW's browser.

How many stems do I get?

Separation tiers range from a basic split up to 12 stems, with the deeper split breaking drums into individual elements.

Can I use the stems in a release?

See the copyright and licensing page for exactly how generated material can be used — it covers commercial release conditions in plain terms.

Do stems work in every DAW?

Yes. They are ordinary WAV files, so Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Bitwig, Cubase, Studio One and Reason all import them the same way.
